These terms and conditions apply to:

2. Offers and agreements
Depending on your interaction with us, we may process the following data:

- All prices do not include VAT unless otherwise stated.

- Milmas makes reasonable efforts to execute the agreement correctly.
- Milmas is not liable for damage due to incorrect or incomplete customer information, force majeure or circumstances beyond our control.
- In any case, liability is limited to the amount of the order/invoice concerned, unless mandatory law states otherwise.
- Complaints must be received [e.g. 7 days] be reported in writing after delivery/execution.
7. Force majeure
Milmas is not liable for delays or non-execution due to force majeure (e.g. extreme weather conditions, strikes, traffic situations, accidents, government measures, technical failures).
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the website (text, logos, images, design) is owned by Milmas or rights holders and may not be used without permission.
